Our favorite wipe warmer!
It’s our favorite! Have used it for years with no issues and both my diapered bottomed littles loved the warm wipes! We had tried two other brands before this and it made tortilla chips out of our wipes. This keeps them warmest and wettest.

Problems right out of the box
I was excited about this wipe warmer, but right away there were two issues. First, there were no instructions for how to use the different components, just safety instructions. There were two "pillows" and a gray plastic container with a plastic sheet inside it; I had no idea what to do with them. Maybe the bigger pillow goes into it, but does the inside sheet go on top or underneath the pillow? Second, the lid does not stay open. It falls on top of your hand while you're trying to get a wipe, and you have to lift it again and again for each wipe. I'm disappointed in the design and lack of instructions for proper use. I'll be returning it.

Very nice, sleek design & impressive night light feature; it’s brighter than the ad shows. I do wish the lid latched though. That’s my only qualm, but it’s a preference not a problem. Compartment lid seals very well with a silicone gasket, and wipes pull out easily with one hand. Foam disc in lid is a great feature. It helps keep top wipe wet. Directions say to add water when it’s time to refill wipes but the top disc needs water every week, so just check on it and also the tray in the bottom. Bottom gets very warm. Directions warn consumers to be cautious of what it sits on. It warped the plastic placemat I sat it on, next to the bathroom sink. But the old formica countertop is fine, though I will periodically check again for discoloration. I plan to find a hot-pad or trivet to set it on. Overall very pleased with this purchase & highly recommend it.

It stopped working after 8 months. The wipes won’t stay up where u could just pull them through the slit. So I would have to lift the top up to obtain multiple wipes at a time.

I bought the lionheart wipes warmer also added protection plan, after 3 months stopped working, I filed a claim and I didn't get response in 24 hrs. I decided to buy another cuz I needed it, the second one stopped working after 3 months as well. Very bad customer service from protection plan no one never contacted me back.

Warm wipes for little bums
Way better than the munchkin warmer. The warmer keeps every wipe warm (pampers pure wipes). In order for the warmer to work properly you must follow the instructions. I make sure both the pillow on top and on the bottom are moist and that there’s a bit of water in the warmer and it works fabulous. Perfect warmer for my 9 week old.

Brown smelly stain
Was researching for months a wipe warmer to get and this one disappointed. The lid does not stay open so when you want to take a wipe out the cover lays on top of your hand and I keep having to fully open it every use to push a wipe through the slot. (Babyganics wipes). Also not only a week of use once I got closer to end of wipes I realized a funny smell and the wipes weren't as moist. I decided to throw out remanding wiped and when I lifted it up it had a brown smelly stain on it. I ended up unplugging the whole thing. I most likely will return it.

Good looking, but poor functionality
Put this immediately back into the box to be returned. The lid doesn’t stay propped open; meaning when you inevitably need more than one wipe, you’ll have to reopen the whole big, heavy top and pull one out while the lid rests against your hand. Also all the trays and sponges that come with it are unnecessary. Just more stuff to clean. I’ve had an ugly white/green Munchkin warmer for 19 months and it’s been amazing, and half the price. I reordered one of those for baby #2.

This warmer is just ok. Wipes stay very moist which is nice but wipes only stay warm for seconds before they are cold again. Prior to this warmer we were running wipes under warm water to clean our baby, and that seems to keep the wipes warmer much longer than using the warmer. However, it is nice in the middle of the night to not have to run to the bathroom to wet the wipes.

Keeps wipes warm
It keep the wipes a lukewarm temperature, probably the safest overall way to go. Definitely more agreeable to our newborn although our older child never seemed to mind room temp wipes. Much of it is probably kid-specific. Anyway, it seems to work just fine, no complaints from me.

Wipes Warmer
The worst wipes warmer I ever had! The top lid wouldn't stay open. After each wipe you constantly have to open it. It's very hard to pull wipes out. I have tried 4 different wipes brands. First I thought it was the wipes but turns out it's the warmer. The last few wipes in the bottom lightly get dried out and burned a bit. To refill the wipes it's very hard to open. I have broke multiple nails and have scabs on my fingers trying to open to refill. Truly the most worst wipes warmer I ever had. The best decision that I made is throwing it away in the garbage! I would recommend this warmer to anyone!

Got this warmer as a shower gift an really love it. My only con is the wipes cool really fast but supposedly thats with any warmer. Wipes come out super warm and i like the little light in it for the night diaper changes.

Very happy with my purchase!
This is a great quality wipe warmer and would recommend to anyone! Keeps wipes moist and no need to refill the water cartridge area at the bottom too often, which is what I was thinking would get annoying. My little man no longer flinches from cold wipes, he loves this and so do I!
