Q: Will a 5 Gallon jug fit?

A: Hi Chente, our dispensers are compatible with any 5 Gallon bottles except for American Maid brand. The way the bottles are designed are not compatible with our dispensers.

Back saver
After having a top loader and much back pain resulting from having to invert the bottle for like a year or more. Bottom loading feature, so no lifting the invert, is awesome with no spills or water mess everywhere. Saves time too. Simply insert the probe, put the bottle into its cabinet, and shut the door, presto, done. I just received and set up a hour ago, and the water is already ice cold. Just turned on the hot switch to warm the water. The previous one took a few hours to do the same.

Works Great!
We just bought this unit a few days ago and everything works perfectly. The bottom load is a great back-saving feature. The whole system is designed very well. It is also very attractive compared to the old office water-cooler type unit we had before.

Very Nice cooler
I purchased this cooler a couple days ago. I really enjoy it! It has a very nice design, water is very easy to install in the under cabinet. Water is ice cold or steaming hot. Only flaw is the cabinet door doesn't close completely (might just be my unit) so it will pop open.

Nice Looking Works Great
Bought through Walmart.com, installed easily and works well. We're on our first bottle and the water is icy cold. Wish it came in white to match our other kitchen appliances.
