Finally!
I have tried so many lip balms with spf over the years and I’ve hated them all because of the awful taste. As someone prone to cold sores, I have to protect my lips from the sun, and this is the first lip spf I actually want to use! The minty flavor is great and I love the glossy look and feel. I haven’t noticed any drying, but I typically layer this over aquaphor. Love this product!

If you love mint you'll love this!
Bought for the SPF and was pleasantly surprised it was minty and tastes minty which is my favorite. It is a bit hard to squeeze out but I don’t believe it’s meant to be squeezed alone. If you push the applicator down then squeeze lightly it comes out which is great so you don’t open it up to a mess.

I love the idea of a lip sunscreen at a great price point with color, but the mint dries out lips. As a person with a cool toned complexion, it would be great to see more colors to suit cool tones. Thank you for making so many other wonderful products!

Pros and cons
Impossible to squeeze out of the tube, and I believe it may have exacerbated some irritation on my lips because of the mint. While I like the flavor, the mint may be irritating for those with sensitive skin. Maybe a fragrance free version should be in the works.

The best spf lip gloss, period. No weird aftertaste, just minty goodness. Love the rosey tint, applicator could use a tune up, but it’s definitely a bang for your buck.

Had high hopes for this spf lip gloss. I have used other brands that I liked more that were about the same price. The tip can dry out and you risk using too much pressure and wasting product. Does not last long. Mint flavor/smell is nice.

Good and Bad
The good: The lip balm tastes good, unlike some other spf lip balms. It seems to protect my lips from the sun, although I’ve honestly never experienced any sunburn symptoms on my lips even when the rest of my face is tomato red. Still, they are skin and should be protected. The bad: I don’t know if it’s the packaging or the product formula or both, but IT IS SO HARD TO SQUEEZE OUT. if this could be fixed somehow, it would be perfect.

This is the VERY best I've ever found!
This is the second time I have bought the Lip Visor Sunsceen. It is the perfect every day shade and layers well with other lipsticks. I love the tingly mint feeling and there is no gross taste. First lip gloss with sunscreen that doesn't taste like you're eating chemicals. I have it in my purse, my car and my hiking fanny pack. I never go without it!
