Lampshade came damaged

The lampshade did come damaged so it doesn't look great. I reached out to the company but they said they couldn't help me. but I still think it looks great despite the scratched up lamp shade.

This is not a cheap quality lamp! sturdy on my dresser. It's perfect for the dresser I'm refinishing and I'm very impressed with how well made this lamp is. It was packaged securely and was perfect!
