Extremely disappointed

DO NOT ORDER ANY ITEM THAT IS MARKED A TARGET “partner” ITEM!!! This chair came to us 10 days after ordering. We are expecting and ordered it for a nursery. By the time we received the item and my husband was able to set it up, we realized the chair tilted completely to the right. Very uncomfortable. When we tried to return the item to target only a few days later, they told us it was out of the return window. We asked for a replacement if a return wasn’t possible. Every return policy I’ve ever heard of has been “30 days from delivery”. Since we waited for so long to receive the product, we were well within 30 days of delivery. We have been emailing back and forth for WEEKS now. Every email is from a different agent and just states we are out of the return window. We have tried everything possible to find a resolution given this is a very expensive chair and it should not be defective. Unfortunately target customer service has not only been unhelpful but has caused so much extra stress for this expecting mama just trying to set up a nursery. DO NOT order this chair or any item sold under a target “partner” or else they will wipe their hands of any problems.
