We ordered this for our nursery and so far I'm a little disappointed. The best part was that it was relatively easy to put together. The chair is fairly small so it seems like it will be ok for me as I am just under 5 feet, but my husband is much taller and it doesn't seem like it will be very comfortable for him to use. The biggest thing that I don't like so far is that the chair has to lean back super far for the foot rest to come up to a comfortable position so I don't really see being able to use the recline feature much. I definitely would not pay full price for this item.

TERRIBLE customer service

We purchased this product during Target Circle week in the final month of my pregnancy for our nursery. We received the product a day or two before the projected delivery. The chair arrived with no power cord which made the reclining option completely unusable. After reaching out about getting a replacement cord, the only options we were given were to wait 3 months for a replacement cord or return the chair and purchase a new one at full price (we originally purchased the chair for 50% off during the sale week). When my husband called into support and asked to speak to a manager after the employee continued to talk in circles, they refused and hung up on him. So disappointed how unwilling Target was willing to figure something out for us when it was in fact their mistake for not sending the cord and now we are expecting baby any day now with a chair that I purchased for specific features that are completely unusable.

Nice for nursery or living room

Definitely more white than beige, but very nice quality fabric and cushions. Does not look “cheap”. Rocker and swivel are nice features and assembly was quick. Minus one star as you cannot recline just the head or feet, both move together. If you want your feet up, then you have to have it fully reclined which is not always what you want! I cannot speak to the longevity, but I hope it holds up. Worth it at reduced price only
