Positively perfect plum...
This was my first excursion into the neighborhood Target (note: neighborhood is relative... lol). I had not heard anything either way regarding the quality of their produce. But I have been in most of the shops around town and have been saddened by produce that shows the signs of mishandling and neglect. So, it was a refreshing change to walk into this bright, clean, well-organized and laid out Target and be greeted with such happy produce. Between the fresh produce on display... including this delectable black plum, whose bounty I honored by featuring it in several dishes rather than devouring all at once... And both the quality and variety of frozen fruit... All at respectable price points... I was a very happy camper throughout my trip and was pleased with how well everything withstood about 40 minutes of travel. Looking forward to my next visit and exploring more of the store's great finds.

First time eating a plum
Tastes a lot like a tart grape. Ripeness of the pump on display varied between "ready now" and "maybe wait a couple of days" and one of the producer team members was nice enough to help me find one I could eat on my break.
