    We window-shopped for a long

I just couldn’t bring myself to hit the checkout button - until I saw the Haven bed. It was exactly what I had been picturing and I knew instantly she would love it.     Difficult to assemble and broke on first use

    I'm very dissatisfied - the brace holding up the support for the slats broke the first time my son laid on it. Assembly was also very difficult - the directions were difficult to read and there were several screws that had to be manually screwed in without even a starter hole, resulting in stripped screws and one that broke completely off. I have assembled many pieces of furniture in my life and none have been this difficult and none have broken on first use

    The head board arrived with a chip in it. As the box arrived damaged it was not from the packaging. It was boxed at your facility chipped. I I had Angie put the bed together. If you send me replacement pieces will you pay for to be replaced.
