It’s beautiful and well-made. My only issue is that there are patches on the bottom slats and some on one specific side of the slats where the stain is missing. So i placed it in a direction where it wouldn't be obvious.

Improperly stained bench - Terrible customer service

The underside of the beach has an area that was not stained at all. I have been trying to contact costumer service to get a replacement and I have yet to receive any responses. It’s been over a week. If they can make it right, then I may change my review however I had higher expectations of their customer service.
