For grandmothers too!
When my best friend sent me a photo of her grandkids, I commented that all of them have such healthy, shiny hair. She replied that they use Pipette shampoo. About six weeks later, I saw a new photo of my friend, and HER hair looked healthy and shiny. When I found out she now uses Pipette shampoo too, I ordered four bottles; one for my youngest grandchild and three for me. It works for me too!! I love the shine and the way my hair feels.

Smells like an old wet dish rag
I bought this and was so hopeful. It doesn’t give a great suds action but that’s not the biggest turn off—- It’s the smell that is horrible. I envisioned wildflowers and intoxicatingly delicious scents of sweetness….. THIS SMELLS LIKE A WET DISH RAG THAT HAS BEEN LEFT IN THE SINK TOO LONG. Not pleasant and nothing sweet. Earthy maybe. The same way mold is earthy

Love this product!
This product is such a staple and I especially have been loving the new wildflower fragrance! It's such a sweet scent! We usually buy the scented ones. We did try the frangrance free one once and the formula on that one did seem to be slightly different than the others. It did seem more watery which is what I noticed some other comments mention. I'm not sure if it was just that batch or if the unscented ones have a slightly watery-er texture. I've been pleased with all of the fragrance ones we've tried.

Used to be good, not so much anymore.
I used to love this product. I was a die hard, long time user of this and several other products. I’ve been using on myself for at least 5 years now. I now have a 1 year old and wanted to continue using in her as well but the recent formula change is not good. The product is not nearly as good as it used to be and I will be switching brands. Deeply disappointed in the formula change and in Pipette as a brand for downgrading its formula.

Smells amazing and gentle on skin!
I was actually able to give my baby his first bath with Pipette while he was in the NICU. My son has eczema so having a baby wash that’s gentle and hydrating is very important to me (him smelling like a vanilla cupcake after bath time is a just a plus!). Pipette checks all the boxes for my family!

Very watery consistency
I’ve been using this product to my son since he was younger but I noticed the formula has changed— very watery consistency that when you pump it out it just flows out of your hands and a lot is getting wasted! Also, the nice gentle scent is all gone! We’re switching to another brand.

Best for sensitive babies!
Our son has the most sensitive skin ever. Seriously. We struggled finding options that didn’t break him out or flare up his eczema. Until we discovered Pipette. Now we have bought everything Pipette because it’s the safest option for him. And soon we’ll continue to use it for our newborn!

Different formula
I bought the fragrance free from a retailer recently and it’s nothing like the bottle I had been using before. The older one smelled faintly of coconut, likely from one of the natural ingredients, but now it stinks. The color went from a kind of golden liquid to clear, and the product itself is thinner than it was before. Same ingredients but in a different order so guessing the formula changed. Not impressed. Please return to the original formula.
