    Broken when arrived poor shipping care

    I was really looking forward to this glass cup. But unfortunately it was shipped to me broken into pieces. Such a bummer so I can’t say if if was a good cup or not because it arrived in pieces do to poor shipping care. So it was returned for a refund immediately when arrived.

    Heartbroken, literally broken glass.

    I LOVED LOVED LOVED this bottle. Yes. LoveD. Until one day it was my back up water bottle for a 2hr drive, chilling in its cup holder the whole time, and it broke, under the weight of water. Makes no sense. Glad I didn’t reach for it while driving or my review would have taken a different tone. Please note I never used the tea insert so it couldn’t have been mishandled that way either. I have no idea what triggered the break. Unfortunately the return or replace window is closed. Guess I’m going back to swell bottles.
