Super hot to the touch!

Initially, this was listed incorrectly as a double walled infuser, which it’s not. BEWARE that despite the description saying the silicone sleeve stays cool, it does not. I talked with their customer service (which was terrible), who suggested not pouring hot water into this *tea infuser bottle* and waiting until the tea was cool to touch the bottle. Frankly, that defeats the purpose of the product as it’s made to infuse on the go. This product is causing burns and is a terrible buy.
