Trusted Brand
Have used this for a couple of months and also tried it on a friend. Taste adds zip to health drinks. Will not be without it.

Thrilled with this product!
My husband are both thrilled with this convenient-to-use powdered beet juice. It's so easy to just add it to our protein shakes in the mornings and get the nutritional benefits of beets. My husband was skeptical at first but realized that the powder just adds a delicious sweetness to our chocolate shakes.

great product
Great product. I think the label is correct, referring to a previous reviewer that thinks the label is incorrect on product. A gram measures mass (weight). A teaspoon measures volume (space). 1 teaspoon of sugar is 4 grams, 1 teaspoon of salt is 6 grams. So every ingredient is different and can not simply be convert as 1 teaspoon is 5 grams, unless you are referring to water.

Let's fix the label
Excellent product that really seemed to deliver as promised on all fronts except value due to problems with the label. The 5 oz (140 gm) bottle Nutrition Label lists a serving size of 2 teaspoons (6 gm) with 23 servings per container. First, 1 teaspoon = 5 grams, so the suggested serving size is off. Second, I obtained 28 teaspoons from the bottle, yielding exactly 140 grams, so the bottle size is correct. If 2 teaspoons (suggested size?) is 10 grams, then there are 14 servings per container, not the 23 servings listed on the back label. Hence, the value advertised (23 servings) is in fact misrepresented as only 14 servings can come from 1 bottle. So, fix the label to provide the correct serving size information (2 t = 10gm) and I would be happier because it seems otherwise to be a quality product. (By the way, the newest batch now shows the suggested serving size to be 1 tablespoon and calling that 6 grams [!] with 23 servings per container. If 1 tablespoon is indeed the newest recommendation, then the number of servings per bottle falls to 9)

Tastes great
Beets are very high in iron. I think taking this improves my energy and stamina. This product is a dried concentrate of beet juice . That is, Pines has pressed the juice out of the beets, eliminating the fiber, and then dried the juice at low temperatures.. I mix a teaspoon in a small amount of plain yogurt twice a day and find it has a sweet delicious taste. It's more expensive than, but also much better-tasting than whole beet root powder, which includes the fiber from the plant and has an earthy, almost moldy taste..

Very good product!
The Pines International Beet Juice Powder Organic, is a very good buy for the 5 oz size. It does all that it is cracked up to do, and makes you healthier and more energetic. It taste very good with a teaspoon of Agave to sweeten it. It should be drank often, but not every day! It is too potent for that. Once or twice a week is enough to gain the benefits! ..
