SCAM!!!!
Wish I could give this zero stars. Ordered this item almost two weeks ago and said it was two day shipping. This is a Christmas gift for my nephew. When I noticed, not even two days later, it never shipped, I called target to cancel it and they said there was nothing they could do and I had to wait 10-13 days after it was sent out to the third party for target to “take the hit” and refund me. I didn’t even want a full refund, just store credit to get him something else and was told no. I was also told that by the target representative that “ it’s a cool toy, it’ll be sad if he (my nephew) doesn’t receive it time for Christmas”. I asked to speak to someone else, and was put on hold for almost two hours and had the call disconnected! I have called and emailed “trusted brands” multiple times with no response. I just got an email last night from target, after weeks, that a shipping label was created and won’t arrive until after Christmas! Called again and they still can’t do a refund/ store credit! A waste of money!!! Who knows if I’ll ever get the product

I wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my son. I received notification that the shipping label was created. The delivery date came and went with no other information and no delivery. Target has advised me that the order was never even shipped. They also are now refusing to ship the order and my only option is a refund. The refund would be fine if I could reorder at the same price as the original order. That is not the case, now I would have to reorder at a more expensive cost. It does not make any sense to me that they have the item in stock, show that I ordered it but are refusing to ship it out to me when they see that the original order was never picked up for shipping

Picasso cheaped out and used deceitful marketing. I usually only buy MagnaTiles but feel in love with this for the theming and am disappointed. Advertised on the box as double sided but half of the actual tiles and all of the specialty figures are one sided. On top of that the clear sides come out of the box scuffed and scratched. The magnets on the specialty pieces suck!!!! Picture compared to a magnatiles animal. Magnets overall are weaker than other brands and have to worry about these breaking apart.
