The total whitening gel formula has a refreshing flavor and did not feel any different in my mouth than standard non-gel toothpastes. I have not used the product long enough to say if the whitening function worked although I have used Crest whitening products before and seen success with them. I would buy this the next time I need to get toothpaste. I like that their tube is easy to squeeze to get almost all of the toothpaste out.
