Inconvenient shape, convenient hydration
it's marketed as a post athletic drink for adults yet the shape is absolutely inconvenient. Doesn't fit in a cup holder. You need MBA sized hands to hold it and the foil is a major distraction if you are driving. Gotta be a better bottle design. Otherwise it's fine. I use it after working retail and being a weightloss surgery patient it's better hydration than Gatorade or Powerade

I’m over the age of 50 and have been cramping a lot due to blood pressure medicine. If I drink this in advance I don’t cramp and if I get a cramp, due to me not practicing preventative measures, I drink this and the cramp is gone in the matter of minutes. The fruit punch flavor tastes like cherries to me. I don’t care about the taste as much as the benefits. I workout outside in southern humidity, plus I lift heavy consistently at work.
