Not worth the money
It’s fine. We were able to grab a couple of the trucks before they were discontinued, but it’s disappointing that they still sell this but don’t sell the vehicles it’s meant for. It’s also a pain to open and close. My kids have broken it countless times trying to open and close the truck bays. I don’t know what else to say other than not worth the money. It doesn’t really do anything fun and it’s hard to use. Just blah.

This thing is massive and overall frustrating for many different reasons one being it’s extremely hard to open up and another being it’s sharp in someplaces my 7 month old actually slit his eyebrow and had to go to the er.

This set only comes with one truck. You cannot get the other trucks that actually fit in here anymore, so it's a pointless toy.

Great toy, way overpriced for what it is
My son loves this toy! It comes with one chase and truck, which is not great quality compared to the one we bought individually prior to getting this set. It is DEFINITELY not worth 60+ dollars; we bought it for about $30 and I wouldn't pay more than $40 for it. It's all plastic with a million stickers you have to apply yourself. Overall I good purchase because it makes him happy.

Our four year old is a big Paw Patrol fan. She saw it in the Target Christmas ad and loved it. It’s a cool toy. She doesn’t play with it as much as we thought she would. The cars you need to buy separately, except for Chase. It adds up fast. Cute toy? Yes. Would I buy it again? Probably not. We’d definitely buy the tower again.

It's Ok
Overpriced piece of plastic. My husband assembled it on Christmas now not even a month later the sides don’t come open when you lift the center piece. They cheaped out on the Chase truck too it doesn’t open up like the other trucks. My daughter still loves it and plays with it daily. I’m just disappointed in the quality.

Love this toy but why are they still selling it
My son got this for Christmas and we LOVE it but unfortunately we can't even complete the set of trucks so what's the point in selling this still? very annoyed.

Cute toy but cheaped out on Chase vehicle!
I would have given it 5 stars because my son loves it, however the Chase vehicle that comes with it is not the actual Chase Big Truck Pups vehicle that they sell along with the others. You have to buy all of the others separately so you would think the one that's included is the actual one that opens up etc. It is NOT. it only has the Chase character in it, the truck doesn't do anything.

Great toy but of the six additional cars for each bay, Zuma and Rocky are no where to be found on the shelves. If you can find them they are marked up by resellers.

My son has had several paw patrol playsets. He had the original, the Dino HQ, a small one, and several of the big vehicles. This is the best one, especially if you get a couple of additional trucks that go with it. My 2 year old and 3 year old boys love it and all the features are neat. If you use the yellow lever to line the truck up, a pup can drop down into his vehicle. They also have a gas pump and car wash, places to park the vehicles, and a button that makes noise.

Broke within 1 week of having it and guess what? they don't make the part to fix it and they have no replacements. They offered me a group of toys worth half of what I paid for it. Makes me not want to buy this crap anymore

Cheaply made and overpriced
The truck is cheap and not even sticker out of the box. The whole set up is flimsy and my five year old paw patrol obsessed boy is already telling me he doesn’t like this toy. He plays way better with his towers. This toy is overpriced for what it is. We will be returning.

Overpriced for one, extremely tedious to put together and only comes with one character and truck and them he set up calls for 6 characters and trucks. I’ve since looked and looked for the remaining 5 characters and trucks needed and am not having much luck as they aren’t available or currently out of stock… Awful purchase, wish I could return it.
