Delayed shipping poor customer service

Purchased a large lot of pajamas for Christmas 2025. Products shipped from New Jersey but were transferred to different post offices for more than a month. I called target customer service and they said wait or reorder. Products have finally arrived. Could not believe after a more than a decade of Target orders on a Target card that this issue could not be resolved.
