Pamela's pecan shortbread cookies

I was really in the mood for a good shortbread cookie. There are about 10 cookies in this package but unfortunately they were all broken into small pieces. I tasted a piece and the flavor was good. But to my astonishment when I looked closer at the package and contents, it was full of small ants running around. That really spoiled my day! I bagged the cookies and box in a sealed plastic bag and just discarded it. For sure I will not be reordering this product.

ALL COOKIES CRUSHED

Never got to try the cookies. All the cookies in the boxes came in crushed. Had to return them for a refund. Have tried them in the past when we purchased them from our local market and they are very tasty.

On my last order many of the cookies in each of the four boxes were broken and crushed.

What a mess :-(

I was happy with the price, but when I opened up the first (of 6) boxes, they were crumbs. So disappointed. Getting a refund for that box but I don't have much hope for the other 5.
