Not Greasy, and lovely scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this moisturizer the dispensing of the of the product is probably one of my favorite things. It’s very easy to use and on top of that the scent & fragrance of the Tahitian moisturizer is lovely. It’s very light on the skin and nose but does a beautiful job at lathering up in the skin to add hydration into the body. It is not greasy at all.

I must have gotten a bad one or something, this smells nothing like described in all the other reviews. I love vanilla and this smells like celery. Weird I know. I even thought maybe it’s me so I had someone else smell it and no, doesn’t smell like a vanilla dream what so ever. Maybe a slight bit but no thanks.

It doesn’t leave a sticky or yucky residue on your skin after application and leaves a great scent. Not an overpowering scent, but just enough to leave your skin smelling and feeling refreshed.

I've been a loyal user of Palmer's Original Cocoa Butter Lotion for years. As a gourmand girl, I was thrilled to see them introduce a vanilla lotion! This product smells incredible, and its moisturizing effect lasts incredibly long. It makes my skin glow all day! The vanilla also smells extremely authentic (some vanilla lotions have an artificial scent), which is appreciated. I bought this lovely lotion roughly a month ago and OMG!!! What a scent!! The lotion is Palmers usual beautiful grease free, easily absorbed product that leaves my skin soft and smooth but that scent! The Tahitian Vanilla!! It smells sensational!! It brings in thoughts of tropical summers and baking all at the same time!! I love it :) I am a loyal Palmers cocoa butter user normally but now I’m very spoiled for choice.

Not a true vanilla
This lotion has a pleasant smell, but is not a true Tahitian vanilla but more like warm vanilla sugar from BBW. I was hoping for a true vanilla so i'm slightly disappointed. Also, it's a bit watery and not quite as moisturizing as the cocoa butter formula. It's not bad, but i'm not sure I would buy it again.

When I you I was only using the body butter only & oil this my first time really buying lotion besides the original lotion from this brand the butter is my favorite but this lotion mixed with it yes a little goes a long way I've got compliments on how great I smell just by lotion * body butter. But you can layer your vanilla or beach or cherry blossom fragrance with or parfume smell absolutely great.

I just tried this amazing lotion and I am hooked! I love Palmer's anyway, but this leaves my skin soft but not greasy and the scent is heavenly! PLEASE MAKE THIS INTO A SWIVEL STICK! I won't go anywhere without a swivel stick in my bag. This is the best!

Leaves you smelling like a tropical vacation
I am an avid Palmers user for 30 years and love the original Palmers body lotion but the new Tahitian Vanilla is now my FAVORITE lotion! Not only does it smell amazing but it's thick and hydrating and leaves your skin butter soft! Bigger bottles would be great because I literally go through the 8oz bottle in 2 weeks
