Old stale overly buttered popcorn

This bodywash... I was soooo hopeful since the recent Marshmallow one was absolutely awful. I have unfortunately had to return this one as the only thing I can smell when I started to put it on my skin was old stale overly buttered popcorn. Like a movie theater that hasn't been cleaned in a while. I usually dont leave reviews but in this case, I felt the need to try and warn others about the "scent" of this product. The top of the bottle sniff check will fool you.

Secondly, if you want to smell like a candle then this is your product. The smell wasn’t my particular favorite. The moisturizing was nice but the smell was just so overwhelming I hardly used the product.

It really does smell like buttery popcorn and when the heat from the shower amplifies the smell… there’s lingering odor. It would’ve been more favorable if it was coffee cream scented! Please do not bring this scent back. I love Dove do not get me wrong but no!

Not warm or sweet, just weird

I was so excited about this scent because I’m a huge fan of lactonic notes, but this smells gross to me. I need my milky notes to be balanced with freshness. I got the Dove Pamper shea & vanilla instead. Highly recommend that one!
