I wish I read the reviews first. Cheese got stuck in the grater and ended up using the little cheese grater I have from the same brand to finish the job and it took forever. Waste of money!

Useless- all the cheese stays in the middle of the grater so you have to use a knife to get it out. It’s plastic so the cheese isn’t grating much/ should be metal. Since I already opened it and used it I couldn’t return it so threw it in the trash!

Poorly designed
I made sure that the cheese fit without needing to be jammed in, I held the handle securely…but realized that not only does it not want to push the cheese down well enough to consistently get a good grate, but I can only really hold it one way because otherwise my hand prevents the handle from turning. The site says it can easily be used with either hand but it’s just not designed that way. Not a fan, wish I could return but packaging is long gone.

Use for hard cheeses only
I have used this item for many years. It has held up very well and easy to clean. It is made for hard cheeses only such as Parmesan. It will not work for soft cheeses.
