Owala 24oz Special Edition Diet Coke Stainless Steel Straw Tumbler - Classic Diet Coke

Mine did not break in shipping. I just used it for the first time yesterday. It keeps the ice for so long. I filled it to the top with ice and poured one can of Diet Coke in it. Perfectly crispy and not watered down at all. I’m so glad I got this for Christmas!

A little bit about me, I love Diet Coke and I love Owala. When word dropped about this release, I immediately put in on my calendar and then waited for the release. I log on to Targets site, 10 minutes before the drop. I made sure my payment information and shipping address were ready. Then the time hits, I successfully checked out! Yippee! Should arrive by December 3rd. So I waited, December 3rd comes around and nothing. So I reached out to customer service, “sorry this item is no longer in stock, we can offer a refund”. This cannot be, I ordered it not even 5 minutes after the drop. Flash forward to December 29, after multiple hours of talking to customer service, reaching out to Owala themselves, I have come to terms that I will never receive this item. I am not the only customer in this situation and it’s a shame that Target will not correct their mistakes.

This was my first and last Osaka! I am used to my Stanley cups that keeps my ice solid all day. This thing has everything melted and watery within a couple of hours. Very disappointed in the quality for the price

I thought it’d be a standard Owala with a Diet Coke design. While I typically love my Owala bottles, the coating on this is super easy to scratch and it dented after one use in the sink. It’s extra slippery to hold too. All of these reviews are related to the shipping, not the actual cup.

Was so lucky to find the single one that came back in stock recently & it's taken away my need to grab a LDC from the golden arches (iykyk) bc this makes my diet coke taste just like the one from there. Highly recommend if still available !!

Returning this. Bought online and they shipped it in a box with nothing else, no wrap or cushion. It’s dented. Disappointing.

Straw came broken into pieces inside the Owala. That’s they only downside. Everything else looks great.

Can yall stop making bad reviews about customer service experiences. This is about the product. Not your hurt feelings. It’s giving childish. The product is perfectly fine. Super cute and durable.

Cute item but there were some flaws with the printing and smudges on the cup. Item was not packaged appropriately in the box.

Like many others I ordered this right at 3am on drop day. Set an alarm, had an approved order, and it was still showing availability after my order was approved. I responded to every delay email immediately and I was prepared to wait until after Christmas. But it was canceled with no more than a “it’s a know issue in processing the order. Maybe wait for a restock. Here’s $5.” There are not targets close to where I live so I had no option but to order online. Very terrible customer service.

The cup is adorable and perfect- the packaging was terrible. No one bothered to put any packing materials in the box so it caused some damage.

I ordered this immediately once it was released. Placed the order with no problems (no indication it was out of stock). 2 weeks later got an email that it was on back order and would be shipped closer to Christmas. No biggie, I approved that as soon as I got the notification. Went back in today (1 week after approving the delayed shipping) to see that my order had been cancelled. Extremely disappointed as this was a Christmas gift AND I didn't get any communication that it was cancelled! Completely unacceptable from a customer standpoint. Why ask for approval for delayed shipping to immediately turn around and cancel the order with no warning? I was prepared to be patient, even if it came late!

Ordered at 3am and immediately went backordered. My order was canceled 2 weeks later after approving all shipping delays etc that were necessary- extremely disappointed

Set an alarm at 3am to order this only to have my order but on back order then cancelled without notice days later. Very disappointing. Would rather have received late than to have my order cancelled

Order was canceled by target because they oversold the item. Target has really gone down hill as a company and I no longer feel as though I can purchase anything from them with confidence.
