Shipped Knowing Parts Were Missing! Don't Buy!!

This was a Christmas gift for our daughter. When we put it together Christmas Eve we noticed the rocker pieces (Part G) were missing. When we contacted customer support they stated those pieces have been on back order a while and will not be in stock for up to 4 months. Sounds like they shipped these things out knowing it was missing parts. We've also been given the run around by customer support. We've had the same conversation with multiple people asking the same questions that are on the same e-mail threads. My fear is 4 months will pass, the parts won't come and no refund will be available. Our daughter currently has it in her room without the rocker piece and likes the chair. Just disappointed it does rock.
