It came broken and they can't do anything about it. Wait two weeks to maybe get a replacement part or haul it to a target to return it. Horrible customer service. The swing is no longer on sale and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna lose my target circle bonus. Not a single effort was made to make right and worth my huge inconvenience.

Assembly directions took a bit of head scratching, but other than that, great product. Better than expected.

The assembly isn't too challenging. Overall we like this swing a lot for the cost. The dark color is nice, and it comfortably seats 2 adults.

Exactly as pictured/described! Very happy with the finished product. Certainly a great value for the price. Assembly instructions were brief, but perfectly adequate. A few tips which future customers may find helpful: I recommend first identifying all the parts by comparing them to the illustrations/descriptions, and grouping them together. (Some appear similar.) Though the holes are all predrilled as needed, wood tolerances may be loose by nature. The manufacturer clearly states that one may want to use a rubber mallet, to aid getting some parts to align for assembly; I totally agree. After a few uses (and things settle), I'd suggest going back around and tightening the hardware wherever possible. Prior to delivery, my concern was that I may have to assemble the seat bottom and back (which would've been a bear). I looked at the instructions before unwrapping the parts, and it even suggested using a powered screwdriver. (Ack!)... I was so relieved, to find the seat bottom and back are fully manufactured (i.e. slats are already attached); there isn't a single screw to deal with, in the whole process! It's just putting together some nuts and bolts. Easy!

Swing looks great! It looks like it is built to last. Only have had it up a few days. Other than parts not being labeled its perfect. Wife loves it.

Everything was good with the order easy too assemble , would have preferred if they arrived together but it eventually came three days later . We are now enjoying it.

The instructions were a little tricky to follow but otherwise a very sturdy swing. We are going to paint it to match our patio.

Fast delivery!!! Setup was relatively easy even though the instructions weren't that great! I thought the swing was going to be really heavy and it isn't which is nice in case we have to move it. It has a nice smooth motion. Great product for the price!

We absolutely LOVE this swing. It's perfect for our back yard. My husband and I fit perfectly with both our kids in our laps. We added some cushions and solar lights and it's my happy place. Perfect spot for coffee or wine!
