  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The frame of the item is not easily disassembled. However, the cover of the canopy is attached to the frame using Velcro fasteners. We recommend removing the canopy cover during severe weather conditions to prevent damage.

    Broke in 2 months waste of money

    Fell apart in 2 months really disappointed I reached out to the company and they did not reply. Do not waste your money I live in Southern California we're the weather is not even harsh.

    Almost perfect

    I bought this gazebo at a great price. The product arrived earlier than expected. All parts and tools were included, except for a hex wrench I have plenty in my toolbox. The assembly instruction was reasonable for the first step and then it showed the almost final step, leaving out several critical steps in between. Fortunately, the product is simple enough so people with basic knowledge of assembling things should be able to figure out the missing steps; however, the unlearned may have problem finishing assembly. The finished product is nice and strong and is of a great value.

    Love it! It says it needs three people to put it together, but I actually put it together by myself! Not saying it was easy.. because I had to prop one end up while I raised the other. But besides that, it was absolutely easy to put together by myself! It looks beautiful! it hasn't rained yet so I don't know if it's rain repellent.. but I'm praying it is! So far, I love it!

    Pretty, good quality

    I really like the aesthetic. I do have concerns on how she will hold in bad weather. It does appear strong, but I do fear the metal posts will bend in not very significant winds. I hope I am wrong and I really like it overall.

    We got this for use outside but we are on a hill and get some severe weather in New Mexico during monsoon season. But it's holding up. Be sure to tighten everything.

    Just So/So

    Fairly easy to build, I did it alone but did take a few hours. Directions are just okay, not very clear. Quality wise it’s just okay, it’s replacing a gazebo I’d had for atleast 4 years.... I don’t believe this will last that long. It isn’t waterproof so when it rains everything gets soaked. Luckily the legs are small enough I can use weights to hold it down because it isn’t heavy. It’s withheld a few rain storms BUT not sure it’ll last through a severe storm. The roof doesn’t fit great and when it rains it holds water. The lower layers also have holes that lets the puddled rain to what’s under. Probably wouldn’t buy it again but not planning on returning. Also a little disappointed it doesn’t fit flush to the house, it’s too tall.

    Wanted some quirky and saw this. Speedy delivery. No missing parts and looks good once put together. Only thing I'd suggest is using different spanners as the ones provided are a little fiddly. All in all a lovely product.

    Nice study pergola

    Received our new pergola and put it up on our deck for shade and cover for when it rains. The structure is steel and very sturdy (and heavy). All needed hardware came with it. The canopy is exactly as shown in the picture. So far we are very happy with the product. It hasn¡¯t rained since it was assembled and put up, so I can¡¯t comment on that yet. It does have grommets around the holes that are there for rain drainage. The gazebo and canopy are made with quality materials and a good value for the price. We got promo code at Brads deals, check around before you Arden and save a few bucks.
