Do Not Order

The chair arrived in a box that was completely ripped open and the chair was damaged. It was an absolute nightmare to return and when the return was confirmed to be delivered, I was not automatically refunded like I was told I would be. It wasn't until a week later that I called and was finally refunded. Avoid the the headache and order a different chair.

Total pain to assemble

Arrives in several pieces, including SIXTY-TWO screws and washers, which are packaged poorly and covered in some kind of sticky glue-like substance. Will take ages to assemble, am trying to decide whether to set aside a few hours to try it, or load it up and return it in person since the box it arrived in was so flimsy. Very annoyed at all the great reviews that claim assembly was easy, and wonder if they are legit.

Nice, solid chairs, returned only because of color

Tried to upload a pic but it wouldn't let me. Loved these chairs but the sling part is too yellow for our space compared to the pictures. (The pictures look like ivory or off white, not as yellow as they are in person.) Easy to put together and they seem very study. Wish the color was closer to the pics and we would have kept them.
