Avoid
This was a disaster. Some of the holes do not line up, but that's okay because the wood is so soft that the screws and nuts sink into it. Some screws you have to give up that they will get tight or it will go right through the wood. It is not stable, one set of the legs you can move back and forth (screws can't tighten and the legs don't touch the ground). I'm afraid once I put soil in that, it might just fall apart. Worried what the weather will do to it, too. It was partially together by the time I realized everything. I guess I will see what happens.

Couldn't finish putting together
I tried to put this planter together this afternoon. First thing I noticed was how low quality the wood was. It was very light, some of it a little warped and a couple pieces cracking. When I started screwing the pieces together, the wood split slightly with almost every screw. When I got it almost completely built, I ran into an issue. The slats for the bottom were supposed to be attached with the smaller set of screws that came with it. They were not long enough to go through the wood where they were supposed to! I tried using some longer ones I had around the house and it still wasn't coming together right, and I was worried about the stability of it even if I could get it together somehow using my own supplies. I decided it wasn't worth the risk. I took it back apart and will be returning it. Even if I got I put together, the wood was not great quality. I do think it would have lasted very long. So I'm quite disappointed. It also didn't come with drainage holes like it said. Don't waste your money on this item.
