This was a great addition to my patio area. It's sturdy and we bolted the legs to the cement. The reason for the 3 stars is who ever designed putting this together did a bad job. The Roof portion comes with the aluminum panels that "Slide" in to place. The instructions say to add the larger panels first, then add the small portions last. This was the biggest pain in the back side. You need a ladder first off, and it took us the most time just putting the last 4 panels in. We almost gave up, and was going to leave the opening at the top with a Tarp to cover it was that much of a pain. Also the design of the netting and curtains. Who ever designed the tie backs must have been on crack.

LOVE MY CANOPY and many people that saw this loved it also. Love the sound when it rains and protects my table and chairs. Love the privacy curtain and screen. Thank you for a great product,

This is a great addition to our back yard deck. We went through progressively more expensive fabric options every year. Finally this one popped up in our search.I installed it by myself, with help once to flip the frame and legs (mounted it inverted). It took two half days. The parts were mostly perfect, with a few minor problems. Two cosmetic corner covers were missing, the seller FedEx-Ed then promptly for free. The light is beautiful, the curtains are high quality. We added LED lights around, two lanterns in the middle, and a fan is on the way.

Took two days to assemble (wife & me). Directions little tricky, have to put attention and position instruction paperwork in the direction you are working. But it seems very well constructed and was packaged well, I had no damage to any pieces. Very happy with the size, ease of construction and appearance.

The gazebo is very sturdy. Looks great! The worst part of installing it was the roof. Definitely need 2 people (more would help too). The final little roof pieces that go in were the hardest. The best way we found in the end was to have one person on a ladder sliding the little piece in from on top and one person underneath guiding it on a shorter step stool. The video (scan QR code front of instructions) shows this briefly being done with the guy going through one of the holes you will fill in eventually with other little pieces. This is not the easiest way and not helpful when you get to the last piece! Imagine someone on a ladder on the edge of the gazebo sliding the small piece up with someone underneath. It will make more sense when you get to that part! We built it over the span on 3 days so as not to become frustrated at each other ;). Hope this is helpful to anyone considering to buy this! Comes in two boxes... one with roof parts and the other with rest. Mine shipped from Calgary. Took about a week to come to Ontario.

Having read previous reviews on this gazebo , I decided to buy it. Aosom delivered this very quickly , service and delivery was excellent from this company. If you're not afraid of a fair bit of elbow grease, have the odd meltdown, - only to recover instantly - when things fall into place , then this is WELL WORTH buying, its a great value for money structure that will do any garden proud ! Just take your time, add patience , plenty of teas and coffee breaks to this task and you're on to a winner with this structure, its defo a two man/women job , dont attempt this solo- unless you are an expert in DIY.

Very nice! It seems too be just what we needed, I wouldn??t recommend putting this in a windy area but bolted down too our deck we have had 0 problems, great product!

My brother & I put it together and it took about 7 hours. I think the instructions & parts labeling were very well done although, as usual, were intimidating at first but the steps and parts made sense as we made our way through the assembling steps. My brother & I are somewhat experienced doing this type of work but as long as you have 2 people & a 6' step ladder it will be a breeze, albeit time-consuming. We put a patio table in the area to keep all the fasteners, tools & small parts handy and that helped a lot. Also, ample extra fasteners were provided...nice! We taped the "loose" hooks to the track during assembly so they didn't fall out as we were adding posts, etc. but in hindsight, those could be added after assembly even though the direction showed adding them before the posts & roof went together. The gazebo came quickly and was fairly easy to assemble. The installation took about 7hrs for 2 people and the instructions were good. The end product is exactly as the picture shows , very happy!!!!

I'm happy with this aluminum pergola. It's good looking and unlike the rotting wooden pergola I removed from my yard, it's virtually maintenance free. There are some assembly issues, instructions could benefit from clearer images and better descriptions but with some studying you can understand them. Prior reviews talked about the biggest issue with assembly, which would be the roof panels (not sure why they arrived in a separate box a day after the first box was delivered). There are 16 triangular panels in all, 8 large and 8 small. For an easier roofing panel install you definitely need a second set of hands for the large panels. Partially lay the panel on the roof. Have the helper stand on a ladder and feed the large panel, straight side first, up while you stand on another ladder inside the pergola and help guide the panel from below while your helper slowly pushes it into place. Once you secure it by installing the lower cross piece as your helper holds it in place then you can move on to the next large panel. The 8 smaller triangular roof panels were a bit challenging at first until I figured it out. First I recommend you install the smaller panels as you move along. Very nice product. Difficult to assemble. Is advertised as a 10 x 10 feet but is not. Approx. 9.5 x 9.5. Product uses rivnuts which are easily stripped if using an electric drill. Aosom delivered on schedule.

This appears to be durable and looks nice on our patio.? Comments on assembly are accurate as it took 2 of us 8 hours to assemble. WE followed the instructions and it went good.? The paper instructions are OK but not excellent.? We used a screw gun on some of the? assembly but it was better using a standard hand screw driver as it is easy to strip out the holes in the aluminum frame.? Everything went together good but the roof panels were difficult for us.? TIP-Leave the screws loose in each section for alignment and then tighten them all.? It came in 2 boxes that were were very sturdy. Overall we like it!

The product itself is great! The assembly can be tricky because the directions are hard to understand. But if you take your time, it turns out nice. The whole shipping experience was a disaster, long story. But the company worked with us to get it right and that was a plus. The end result was we have a nice looking gazebo in our yard.

We put this together yesterday, but cannot get R1 and R2 small panels in place! we have scratched it up terribly trying to get them in the felt slide. can anyone please tell me what the trick is?

It’s perfect for covering our hot tub. It was missing the parts that hook the curtains to the legs and the roof was tricky installing.
