I was expecting better product

Skin and hair color much darker then on the picture... poorly made...

Very cute doll. Looks like my granddaughter which is why I bought it fir her. Right down to the sunglasses.

Ordered this on-line (more variety then store). Purposely ordered Vantenia for the shorter curly hair style (curls at eye level). But doll recieved has much longer hair then curls at the ends (see pic). Will be having to return it. Generally O.G. Dolls are what is advertised. Very disappointed.

Love the variety to choose from. My 5 year old grand daughter lived the Doll and additional clothes ordered.

I was expecting something way less quality than the American Doll but I was pleasantly surprised by what I got. The skin is a bit tanner and the hair way prettier in person. My daughter hasnt put her down since we got her. She resembles my daughter a lot and she claims it’s her “twiny”. I’m thrilled with how awesome this doll is.

This is an 18" tall hard plastic still doll that blinks (with head position) and includes a top, a skirt, undies, boots and sunglasses. She stands up easily (even on carpet) and her limbs move easily. I absolutely love the philosophy of the company / doll; the back of the box has a wonderful paragraph that describes "Valentina's philosophy" (if you will), including the inspiring line: "With our brains and passion and oodles of determination, we're making things happen." (with "our" and "we" referencing the generation of the child playing with the doll) Because of this, I feel as though this doll is best geared toward children aged 5-10 - however, in my case, my littlest little (almost 3) decided SHE was quite in love with this "baby" and insisted that it was hers. She has been obsessed with "baby" ever since (the past week), so certainly even younger children that like dolls will love this one, I just think the story / background / philosophy is best geared toward children a tad older. My only small qualm was we found that the sunglasses don't stay on super well (ie, they fall off relatively easily), but this isn't the end of the world and they can be adjusted to mostly stay on. Overall, definitely a recommend!

I gave this doll to my niece, and I was surprised by the quality. The packaging is simple, I liked Ashley's story on the back. It was heart touching. I would say it is worth the money and would make any little kid happy. The doll is quite tall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, my daughter doesn’t care too much for her but she is a perfect clothing model for the crocheted clothes I make for these dolls. The doll itself is very plain with average features and there is really nothing I find interesting about her.
