    Awful product, cheaply made, horrible customer service

    I was able to use this product one time. I left my OUTSIDE chair OUTSIDE one night in the middle of summer. This chair rusted overnight. I contacted customer service and they replied with a snarky comment about leaving the chair outside. Again, why would I need to pack up my chair and move it inside each night? If I were to take this to the beach, it would have rusted instantly. Would not recommend this product for many reasons-cheap fabric, cheap metal, poor quality, and awful customer service.

    Arrived broken/ incomplete

    Arrived missing a rivet where the feet end folds out. I was able to make it work becuase there wasn't a lot of weight on that end.

    Broke first use

    This was the perfect beach lounge chair! Too bad, I used this once and the headrest part bent. I am average weight so that is not the issue. So disappointed because my return window passed since this was a gift and it was a really nice lounge chair! Don’t waste your money!

    One day's worth

    The metal bars are cheap and thin. The gear to open the chair got jammed on the 2nd day at the beach and the metal rod snapped. Waste of money.

    Good for the money if you buy on sale

    The little pads that hole your face up when you are facing downwards can pop on the other side on the chair offering no support. But other than that it's great! Love the arm holes!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This foldable lounge chair is convenient for the park, beach or yard. It has a handle attached to carry it easily! The material is very lightweight and easy to use. The weight limit states 250 pounds but I don’t think it is durable enough for that weight limit judging by the aluminum it is made out of. There is face hole and arm holes so you can lay on your stomach, plus a comfy pillow!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ostrich Chase Folding Lounge Chair makes sunbathing super comfortable. It has the regular head rest pillow for laying on your back. When you're ready to tan the backside, you simply flip the pillow up and you have a facial pillow and spot for your face so you can lay flat comfortably. The arm holes provide extra comfort. You can literally read a book while laying on your front side. I love this chair!

My dogs took to it before I even had a chance to try it out! Only negative is that you have to sit on it directly in the middle and can’t sit on the foot end since there is no support underneath (when my dog jumps off the foot end tilts down).

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sounds a little hyperbolic to say that it’s in genius for this company to have created a whole for your face with a little padded area around it, and then a tiny pillow that goes over the hole. This way you can tan on your back and use the pillow but when you’re laying on your stomach, you don’t have to squish your face in your towel, you could actually breathe and have your face shaded, but not mushed. Super lightweight. I’m very excited for it to warm up so I can take this to the beach.
