About the Author

Paula Jenkins is an HR practitioner-academic from the University of Chichester, with 20 years' experience in both international and UK private and public sector organizations and 5 years as a full-time academic with a subject specialism in HRM.

Jacques Ding is a Lecturer in Work and Organizational at the University of Chichester. He is currently collaborating with an international team of academics and industry partners to research well-being micro-interventions and leadership.
