I have used their products before and know that they are made with quality ingredients designed for building muscle. I prefer to mix this powder with milk, because I like the consistency & taste better than water, but if you are lactose intolerant or don't have milk available, water will do just fine. I used a blender bottle and it mixes well with just shaking. This product is great to drink after a workout to feed your muscles with quality protein to maximize your muscle gain after a workout. This powder can also be used in smoothies or cooking. It is high in calories compared to a normal whey protein, and is meant for building mass, as opposed to a low calorie protein for lean muscles, so it's great for a meal replacement to give your body plenty of protein and calories for energy.

This product seem to work good. Mind that the benefits depend a lot on you general lifestyle, other good intake, exercises, etc. Just this supplement in not going to cut it.
