Love this stuff, it makes me sleep like a rock. As I understand it, that's likely thanks to the magnesium. Everyone knows sleep is important for recovery and this stuff helps me sleep better than any other supplement I've ever tried.

This product I use to maintain a healthy immune system during this plandemic. It is very good and it will help along with other protocols to maintain a healthy body, mind and soul. Compared to other zinc products ON's NMA IS THE BEST!!! Hands down!!!

I fall asleep faster and do not wake up repeatedly throughout the night. Plus, when I wake up I don't feel groggy. I have noticed that I am more focused and energized throughout the day. It does have a sedative effect when I sleep but as I continued its use, I noticed it had no effect on my sleep quality. I wouldn't recommend taking this every day but can take on days when needed for recovery

One pro to this that isn't listed is as someone who struggles with chronic constipation I was regular while taking this supplement. It was easy to swallow and didnt have a bad aftertaste or anything. Overall I would recommend this especially to those on everyday workout routines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand is definitely one I trust since I've been a fan of their whey proteins in the past. I walk, play disc golf and lift weights in the gym. Disc golf can be pretty tiring with all the throwing and walking involved, but since taking these supplements, I'm feeling less run down and more energized the day of and day after playing. Also feel like it helps endurance wise when lifting in the gym. Can't wait to see long term benefits!

I've tried over the counter, more natural leaning products like melatonin, and prescription pills that are strong and addictive. Some helped but the side effects were too intense. After I had gotten myself off of benzodiazepines I had a lot of problems sleeping. I ended up turning to natural problems which included Zinc & Magnesium so was excited when I got to try out Optimum Nutrition ZMA Capsules. What I like about these is that they are a combo of Zinc, Magnesium & Vitamin B6z so you get a full & well rounded approach to sleep issues. If you are having intense sleep issues this won't knock you out or anything but it does tend to have a slight calming effect & seems to work better with continued use every night. While it doesn't work like clockwork (for me anyways) it does give me an added boost to get me to that sleepy zone. And it does so without giving me a hang over effect the next day. I am into swimming & like to exercise every morning and don't get a hung over or excessively tired feeling after taking this. And I love that I didn't have any stomach discomfort from it. Usually magnesium is a diarrheal & can cause a lot of issues—-not with these! I'm very happy and will I continue them in conjunction with melatonin for a quality sleep.
