Casein

Years ago when I was living in Turkey, I always liked this brand. Even though Optimum was way more expensive than other supplements, I still tried to buy it because it was my favorite. But unfortunately, not all of their products were available in Turkey. Now that I live in the U.S., I’m always an Optimum customer. I have been a regular user of ON's Casein protein for years.

I use the protein post workout because I will often not get to eat a meal. It leaves me feeling full for a longer period of time than whey protein shakes.

Tastes pretty decent

This stuff tastes pretty decent, not chalky at all like I expected. It doesn't dissolve as fully as whey protein so make sure you shake it up even more. I will definitely be buying it again.

Great quality. Ok taste

If you have ever tried ON Hydrowhey then you will know they make some really good stuff. The Casein is good, but its not as smooth as you would expect. This may have to do with its makeup. Overall, great stuff that I will continue to purchase!

First Caseinproduct

this was the first product I tried after much research. Chosen for value & taste, it didn't disappoint. Casein mixes very thick but I was prepared so added more liquid. Certainly kept me fuller longer than whey & had a pleasant taste, not too sweet. High quality & lower price was decision making factor & I will be ordering more.
