Does Exactly What it Should
I love that I don't have to worry about getting powder all over the place. The capsules make it easy to take and be consistent with. That ease of use worked well for me. I keep it in the car so I can take it in the morning on my way to work. Creatine is not just for athletes and it has incredible benefits for cognitive function. A great supplement to take in my opinion and from a great brand too!!

No scoop...Not everyone has measuring spoons... I'll have to buy one thanks to (saving the environment from plastic). Please bring back the scoop, as for some it's a real pain not having anything to measure the dose with and having to go out and buy one if you don't have one at home. I like the product.. For me. Personal opinion The best creatine But if 1 star is a pain Having no scoop is a pain 5 star if you bring back the scoop Peace..

Explosive Power ! Really Works !!
Have used this Creatine for 2 months now, 4-5 scooped teaspoon a day. Always with boiling or hot water so that it dissolves completely without any gritty sandy tongue feel or constipatio. For protein shake always use a small cup boiling water and 1 heaped teaspoon creatine, once the powder is completely dissolved then mix in into your shaker with Gold Standard Whey and cold water. First thing in the morning with coffee, lunch with hot tea and dinner with hot chocolate. No bloating no constipation it makes my workouts and runs so much more explosive.

Wasted time getting this product. Got home and opened only to find they don't include the measuring scoop. Wow is this how companies are cutting back now? A little measurement to be accurate would be helpful. Will return this.

I prefer the pill form even though they are large. Makes it simple to take every day!
Super simple to add to my routine. It's as easy as taking a multivitamin after brushing my teeth in the evening. I have seen the results that I expected and would recommend to anyone looking to add creatine to their regimen.

Caused Terrible Acne
Didn’t mind the taste, dissolved well. However, gave me terrible cystic acne on my chin, which cleared within a few days of stopping.

Great product!
The ON creatine is a great product. I tend to use the powder form when I’m at home, but prefer to travel with capsules for ease. These capsules are great for that purpose, but it is unfortunately more expensive on a per dose basis than the powder (although it is the same high-quality creatine, the value-added capsule form increases the price point). I do highly recommend this for travel.

Doesn't help at all like I can just go without it on top of that it claims to be "micronized"; mixed it with both water and milk and stirred well, still has so much little particles on the bottom; that makes it tastes bad too even it really has no flavor. But it's affordable rather find something else though.
