Directions take 1 tablet at the same time every day, this product will work best to prevent pregnancy when taken exactly as directed, you can start on any day of the month, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the first 2 days of use (48 hours) after you start your first pack of this product, because it takes 2 days for this product to start working, See the enclosed leaflet for more information on how to switch from another contraceptive method., never skip your daily tablet, to prevent pregnancy, take this product every day, even when you bleed or have spotting, when you finish this pack, start the next one the following day without a break, if you are more than 3 hours late taking your tablet or miss taking your tablet on 1 or more days: take 1 tablet immediately, as soon as you remember that you missed it, then go back to taking your daily tablet at your usual time, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex during the next 2 days (48 hours), because it takes 2 days for this product to start working again, if you vomit for any reason or have severe diarrhea within 4 hours of taking your daily tablet, use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex for the next 2 days (48 hours), because the medicine may not have been fully absorbed, you should continue to see your healthcare provider(s) for routine healthcare visits, When to use a condom (or another barrier method) every time you have sex for the next 2 days (48 hours): after you start your first pack of this product, if you take a tablet more than 3 hours late or miss a tablet on 1 or more days, if you vomit or have a severe diarrhea within 4 hours of taking a tabletOther information

A: Hi, thank you for your question about Opill®. Opill® is only indicated for pregnancy prevention and not to stop periods. Every pill in the pack has the same dose. For Opill® to be most effective, take one tablet at the same time every day, and no later than 3 hours from the time you took your tablet the day before.

A: Not sure what you mean by reliable, but I think it's a very good brand. Switched to this brand 2 months ago and already tell a nice difference. Always take at same time every day, more info on their website. As long as you're being responsible, it's very "reliable"

A: Opill should only be used until the end of the month of the printed expiration date. We base our expiration dates on stability testing on various packaging configurations. The expiration dates are set so that all specifications are still met at the end of shelf life.

Great OTC contraceptive option
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that there is now an over-the-counter birth control option available, so I was interested to try it out. I was already taking a progestin-only pill, so although it's a different formula, the switch was not drastic. After reading a few horror stories on Reddit, I was a little nervous about potentially having unpleasant side-effects, but I need not have worried, because although everyone's body is different, the transition for me was seamless. The only side-effect I noticed was that I had a bit of breast tenderness during my first cycle on Opill, but not on the second two. My period stayed on its regular schedule, with no breakthrough bleeding or other irregularities. I was very pleased with how easy it was to transition. I'm already accustomed to taking my meds at the same time daily, so I had no problem ensuring I took them within the 3 hour window, but that could be an issue for others. The pills themselves are teeny tiny! Even smaller than prescription birth control pills. The blister pack makes it easy to take, but I wish it came with those day-of-the-week stickers for when a Sunday start isn't convenient. Overall, I consider Opill to be a great contraceptive option for those of us who tolerate progestin-only pills well, and I am very glad that it's an option for when it's difficult to optain a prescription for whatever reason.

Be consistent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's easy to store away if yoy don't want anybody to see what it is . If tore going to take this be consistent. If you're not consistent or forgetful then I'd advise toy to not take it . That's the thing I had a problem with I had to set a reminder & time so I would let forget to take it . I did do research before I took it & I'd advise anyone else to do that as well or ask a doctor .

Estrogen free
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used estrogen-free prescription birth control for years, so trying Opill felt like a natural transition. I tolerated it about the same, which was a relief. The only change I noticed was a bit more facial hair growth, though I can’t say for sure if that’s from Opill or from increasing my collagen intake. Packaging and storage are exactly what you’d expect. Overall, I’m just grateful this option is finally available without a prescription.

It has control the pregnancy and going strong. Formula is not bad and easy to take. I like how they are packed and easy to dispose . I keep them next to my bed side table for easy access.

Great mild birth control

Over the course of time I haven’t become pregnant so I would assume they work. They are easy to take with you in your purse. I however am not sure if I will continue using these as I have noticed that my monthly visit has become a little more cramps then usual. Also, probably because of the cramps, I’ve become a little moodier during that visit as well. I can’t say it’s directly from these but idk what else would’ve caused this change.

Didn’t make me crazy, I’d say it worked
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I don’t have many complaints or much to say, it’s birth control and it worked lol. It didn’t make me crazy like hormonal birth control did, it’s easy to store, easy to take if you’re someone who can remember to take it every day at the same time (it does come with a little reminder sheet). Fits in a typical BC carry case. I personally didn’t have any discomfort or side effects, and there’s no baby! A win win. I’d use it again.
