Awesome
This pizza oven makes cooking pizza so much fun. You can really have a party just making pizza for everyone. The crust, topping comes out perfect. The unique way I am personally using this pizza oven is cooking only gluten free pizza in it. I have celiac gluten allergy so I need to protect myself from cross contamination. I can bring this oven to a friends house and use it to cook my pizza with no fear of getting sick. It’s easy to transport.

Gluten free pizza that is any good is hard to find. With the Ooni and the Ooni recipe for gluten free dough, we’ve been eating absolutely top notch gf pizza! Add to the mix that we are at altitude, making things with yeasty dough can be tricky but it’s been going perfectly!

Quick and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set up, easy to use. Pizzas cook quickly. Easy to clean. Would like a crisper crust. If I make it too thin difficult to turn. Thinking maybe have to lower the heat and not let it cook as quickly to get that nice crisp center crust. Otherwise I am enjoying this!

Had to order some after market add-ons to improve the consistency of the bake. But overall this is an amazing oven, and I've never had better pizzas made at home.
