Q: Why is another white light flashing when I replug fountain after cleaning?

  • A: This pet water feeder features wireless charging. When you unplug and replug the power cord, the corresponding white light besides the battery icon will flash to indicate it's charging. You don't need to keep it plugged in all the time - only charge when the battery is low, just like with a smartphone. It's not necessary to leave it connected to power; simply recharge when the battery runs low.

Didn't come with any instructions. Had to watch videos on Target app. Works ok. It stops when the water level gets too low even though there is water left in there. It is awkward adding water because some will be left in the well and will spill over when trying to remove the top. There are different lights and sometimes they blink. I just add water and keep pushing buttons until the fountain starts again.
