low quality porcelain

dishes are heavy and low quality porcelain; background color appears as if aged; store unresponsive when attempting to return; 2 weeks and 6 emails later, still no response or approval for my return request; also multiple attempts on both chat and phone calls are never answered, i.e. "agents unavailable" or on hold "will be with you shortly" but never come online

Beautiful set, faulty component

I just received my purchase of 2 sets , absolutely love the patterns and bowl size. Unfortunately one of the salad plates is warped- never seen that before and one dinner plate the firing of the glaze is a bit off. Its a shame. Quality control should have caught the salad plate defect

Modern and sophisticated
