Gave panic attacks when coming off of them
I think these worked "too well", they "calmed" my anxiety, but more in a numbing way than anything. When I stopped taking them or would run out I was having full blown panic attacks that I never was having before. Since stopping them all together there has not been one panic attack. I switched to Hello Happy by the same brand and am having much better results.

Worse stress and anxiety
I have diagnosed Generalized Anxiety Disorder & Major depression and I already take prescription pills for my mental health from my psychiatrist. I was dealing with stress a lot. I purchased Goodbye Stress Gummies and took them for a few days and it caused me worse stress and anxiety but I believe it worked for some people and not for everyone. I have to stop it.

I’ve been using these for about two weeks lately my stress and anxiety has been a bit more overwhelming and I’ve been over stimulated these helps me within about 30 min I feel more calmer i definitely recommend these even for anxiety to I’ve gotten a few of my coworkers on these they are worth every penny.

These don’t take long to kick in and make me feel less stressed . I do take these at bed time and they help me relax and fall asleep . They do say “stay alert” which I have to disagree with the reason I didn’t give 5 stars but if you are looking for a calming gentle sleep aid with no Melatonin this is it . Taste great and do help
These taste great and do somewhat help with my agitation level at the end of the day. My husband also says they help me keep from fidgeting so much. I'm 5'2" and 125lbs and It does take 3-4 at a time and about 2 doses 3-4 hours apart to really work at the end of the day. The pill form gave me horrible vivid nightmares when I was taking it every day after about a week. Think melatonin dreams, but bad dreams. It was like the only time I have ever woken up trying to scream and I'm 50 yrs old. On another note, why is the bottle so big and the amount so small? I applaud the lack of a box to ensure less waste, but the amount is only 1/3 the size of the bottle. Anyhow, I like them and will continue to purchase them.
