A: If you haven't already, please try this: Hold the gold band with one hand and twist the pump counterclockwise with the other hand. The full pump should then pop up. Press down on the pump to dispense the body wash, and it may take a few pumps before the product comes out.

A: It is listed in the ingredient statement as Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4. Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 is synthetic. None of our Olay facial products contain animal-derived collagen. No Olay product contains collagen derived from humans.

Nice shower experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted the Olay Super Serum Body Wash, Body Lotion, and Body Cream to try out and provide feedback. First the body wash: it has a great lather, and smells pleasant - kind of floral/fruity. I do wish it was packaged in a squeeze bottle instead of a pump, though. I typically followed this up with the body lotion, which has the same scent. It absorbs quickly and did a good job moisturizing without leaving a greasy feeling behind. I would say this has a lighter texture to it. I did appreciate the pump packaging for the lotion. Finally, the body cream - same scent as the other two products. I expected this one to be a little thicker than the body lotion and provide a noticeably higher level of moisture, but I couldn’t really tell a difference between the lotion and the cream. It’s still a good product, but I’d say you only need one or the other.

It doesn’t dry my skin!

This bodywash has not left me feeling parched everywhere. And I have been pairing it with the Olay body lotion afterwards- the combo has been working for me nicely.
