It may help to know that we package our products using precise filling equipment to ensure the right amount of moisturizer is in each container. They're filled by weight and are checked several times along the production line. In fact, they're slightly overfilled to make sure the correct amount of product is inside the jar and the amount of product printed on the package is the actual amount available for you to use. Sometimes during transportation and storage, our jars may end up on their sides, causing the cream to settle against the side wall and create a gap. This gives the impression that there's less cream in the jar than there should be. It's also possible for air pockets to form as the jar is being filled, resulting in what looks like an indentation or hole in the cream's surface. Your report is unexpected and we will share your comments with our Quality Assurance Team. Not good for sensitive skin!
I really wanted to like the Olay Super Cream, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for my skin. The moisturiser is very rich and absorbing, but almost instantly my skin started to feel irritated and slightly itchy and I also noticed some redness.

Clinging fragrance
Love everything about this except the fragrance. I'm 77 and do not like the new "dewy/glowy" look. This moisturizer is quickly absorbed and not sticky. It's also a good value. I'm trusting that the SPF is functioning.

Irritates my eyes
I have used Olay products for a decades. I was excited to use this cream, but it burns my eyes. I tried not using it too close to my eyes, but during the course of the day, it still gets to them. The basic Olay moisterizer with SPF 15 does not burn.

Burning eyes
I have used OOO for over 50 years. At first I thought I used it too close to my eyes so I tried again. I'm very careful to stay away from my eyes. Nevertheless, still burning even after I was it off! So disappointed.
