Q: Do you dip the dirty mop head into the clean water to rinse before putting in the dirty water container? Doesn’t that dirty the clean water?

A: No thats what i love about this one. The water tank isnt part of the bucket where your mop can even go into. This water tank actualy has a pump. And as you push your mop down the pump sprays clean water from the tank onto the mop head! The rest of the bucket just collects the overspray. And the water you rinse out in the squeegee section.

When inserting the mop into the first chamber, powerful water jets thoroughly soak the mop pad for a fresh clean start. Then, dirty water is wrung out into a separate tank. Q: Can I use boiling water or very hot steaming water from the sink or does it have to be lukewarm?

A: The H2prO can be used with tap hot water, but make sure it’s not boiling! This way, you get an effective clean without any risk to your floors or the mop. Happy cleaning!

A: Hello Leveli, to answer you question yes, you can use distilled vinegar in your H2Pro. The great thing about the H2Pro is that you can choose your own solution (only 2 teaspoons needed) added once the clean water tank is full to avoid filling the tank with bubbles.

A: Hi Don, we don’t recommend using PACS with the H2prO, as they will not fit through the opening of the water tank and will result in too high of concentration. It’s best to stick with mixing with a liquid cleaner for optimal performance. PACS is best used with a mop and bucket system.

Leaves Puddles of Dirty Water Wherever You Set It Down
Seems like a clever idea...until you actually try to use it. The dirty water tank leaks large puddles of dirty water wherever you set the tank down. It's going back and I'll try another brand.

Mop needs modifications. It has a clean water and dirty water compartment. No rinse mechanism. And no way of removing the dirty water from the mop head! Needs to go back to the drawing board. Not worth $50.00

It had too many malfunctions and product failures. The top part of the handle pops off very often, the rinse part is weak. The bucket where the clean water goes finishes very quickly. Disappointed.

This mop really isn’t meeting my expectations, the pad constantly slips off and I wish it was a little longer and wider. I clean houses and I’m constantly having to put pad back in place and I even bought extra pads.

Best Mop System To Date
I am loving this mop system! I am disabled and have mobility issues. This is lightweight enough that I can move it around easily and can mop more often. The pads are easy to put on and remove and I like the clean water/dirty water separation. The clean water tank empties pretty quickly and that' the only drawback but it is a trade-off for it not being heavy and bulky. It's a less is more situation for me. I would buy it again and likely will be buying a second one for a back up. Although this seems durable enough to last for years.

If you like mopping up, while mopping double the work or "fun" however you see it!
It started off as great slim design which was more compact saving space, but after a few uses I noticed it is tipped over too easy. When I mopping and moved it out of the way it was tipped over and water, dirty water all over the floor. So I thought maybe just me being too rough, but everyone else has had issues with it tipping over. And its has been easier to use my wet vacuum. so u do regret buying this mop and bucket.
