Very functional and easy to use

Uneven heat distribution with non-rotating model
I have bought the one without rotating stone - don't buy this version! While the oven heats up quickly, the stone has very uneven heat distribution. 770 at the max to 500 at the lowest. While the pizza is ready to be turned on the one side, the dough is not baked enough to be turned on the other. Turning the heat to low right after launching the pizza helps, but in the end you can't do a 12"" pizza like that. The safe way is a 10"" pizza. Long story short, it gets hot but too uneven. Small pizzas only.

I've been using this pizza oven for 6-7 months, and it never disappoints. The rotation lever is a game changer. How I Cook Pizza: Preheat for 30 minutes on the highest setting. Reduce heat to low-medium before placing the pizza. Place the pizza on the side closest to the heat to ensure a well-cooked bottom. Rotate the stone to the other side to prevent the top from burning. Continue rotating until evenly cooked.

Great pizza
Tested the pizza oven over the weekend, it is easy to operate once it is all set up and connected. Takes some time to preheat, then the stone gets hot and pizza bakes fast and even as long as you rotate the stone. Very cool.
