    Poor Quality

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this rug for my kitchen. We have had it down for maybe 2 weeks and the amount of frays appearing are unbelievably concerning. No animals and no kids in this home, just 2 adults so caution, as pretty as it is, it frays with every move. Huge loss for us as we need to buy another rug.

    Just right!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Salt And Pepper runner is the ideal blend for our hall where I like to keep the floor covering fairly neutral. It is the perfect length and width. If there was a con, I'd say the "scalloped" edges from being paced in the roll, but they are pressing out with time. I expected to need a non-skid mat to go underneath, but this runner has not budged when we walk on it. Very pleased.

    Terrible product and terrible customer service!

    Bought this rug and it was defective. I didn’t open it until I got to my rental property. Saw a purple area on it so I took it back to Target. They will not return it because I was told you have 30 day from SHIPPING date to return it. This is terrible customer service! It should be 30 days from receipt! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I shop at Target all the time! So I am stuck with a defective rug! Terrible!
