Quite wrinkled and the colors vary a bit (I ordered 2) you can tell they’re not high end but I got them for a great price so not upset with them

Cheap quality
Thin, flimsy rug. I was expecting better quality from the online photos and description. Took days to lay flat and it is still bumpy in spots. Another disappointment was that the rug pad (also bought from your company) was not the same width as the rug. It’s wider and hangs out so it had to be trimmed otherwise looked sloppy.

Disappointed
At this point very disappointed I ordered two of these and I’ve laid them out now for a week, and they still are creased and wavy

We understand creases and bunching can be a pain when receiving a new area rug. These are normal and will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. Use these tricks to help flatten your rug: Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way. Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed. Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt. Description is entirely different from what I received. The picture is not even close, the height is about half of what is described. It is not soft as described and is uncomfortable to stand on. The backing is hard, and the rug doesn't lay properly. Based on what I received, I would not recommend to anyone. If I could give it less than a one star rating, I would.

Not what I expected.
Very cheap quality, fold lines will not go away and stains very easily. Very upset with my purchase.

Just a touch of color in my all white kitchen with gray island… soft to walk on! Takes a few days to smooth out after unpacking it, but that’s no problem!

Not a good rug! I purchased two sizes and both have same issues.
I purchased two different sizes and both of them are crinkly. I have done everything I could to get the crinkles out but with no luck. The colors are nice, I would not purchase them again.

Cool pattern, but that's it
I should have sent this item back but didn't want to have to deal with the hassle. Plus my son loved the pattern in his room. In hind sight, I should have returned it anyway. The pattern is fun and I like it a lot. The rug is very thin, and not very soft, or dense at all. It just feels very cheap. Since then, I bought a rug the same size at a local discount store which is way softer and more dense and plush for less than half of what I paid for this one. I did add a rug pad underneath but it doesn't change this rug. I don't think I'll buy rugs online anymore. The item was packed well and did ship very fast. No complaints about RugsUSA except the value for the money just isn't there with this rug.

Great Initially But Not For Long
I loved this rug at first but after only a few months it has become matted, rough, and wrinkled. It is a play rug so it gets a lot of traffic but I vacuum every few days and we don't eat or drink on it. My other rugs have held up really well so I was surprised that this isn't the same quality.
