    Vintage Medallion Rug | Grey

The rug came folded vs rolled so there are creases in it that have not gone away yet and it's been a few months since buying the rug. It also is not square. Luckily I can hide the side that is not straight under my couch, but if I could not I would have returned this rug.

    The website states .4" pile and it's definitely not. Very thin rug. So disappointing and a hassle to return. I don't want to lose money just to get rid of this thing.

    Beautiful Rug, Low Quality

    I love the color of this rug. It fits perfectly in our entry way. I was disappointed that after cleaning the rug due to a spill that the corners of the rug no longer sit on the floor. It is folded up and has become a trip hazard, as it is in a high traffic area. For the money spent I was expecting a better quality product.

    Poor packaging

    Beautiful rug, but terrible packaging. I’ve had weights and other large, heavy items on the rug to flatten for over 48 hours and it’s still very wavy. The seams look uneven and still have a large crease in the middle where they folded the rug.

    Wouldn’t buy again

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to leave a bad reviews, but this rug is disappointing. There are bubbles or air pockets throughout the rug that look pretty bad. The air pockets are hard to see in the pictures, but easy to see in person. I’ve pulled the rug away from the furniture several times to make sure it wasn’t caused by the way I placed it. However, another reviewer noted this same issue with their rug (yup, I read the review before I bought it - should’ve listened). Since it was mentioned by others, I think it’s important to know before buying. For those who are irritated by the “little things,” this will irritate you.
