    Great looking rug but doesn't lay flat

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is sad to me that a rug company can't find a better way to package rugs so that they aren't ruined by creases that never un-crease. I have spent weeks laying heavy items on my new and beautiful rug but to no avail. The rug simply won't lay straight. I have finally taped down the edges to my floor in order to not trip over the lifted corners and edges, but the middle of the rug still has "waves" in it that prevent the rug from laying flat. It's too bad, as the rug itself is really nice.

    Poor quality, won’t lay flat

    The look is cheap, and the rug was overpriced even though it was on sale. It was also so kinked up on the ends that I couldn’t get it to lay flat even after ironing. I wish I could return and find a better one elsewhere but it costs too much to return to this company.My mom is elderly and I bought this because they advertised that this will lay flat. Very disappointed.
