I really don't take vitamins or supplements, but I believe it's time. I've been using these supplements and they do work. I feel energized at work, I don't feel tired when I get home. I haven't noticed any side, or negative effects. I recommend these to any man that is in their 40's.

After the third week, I also noticed an increase in my libido. The only negative that I found was during shipping, some of the capsules had busted open. It didn't affect the taste when taking them. I just think a solid pill form would have made this product better. Everyone's body is different. This was just my experience with this product.

I have been taking this pill now for over a week. While I was a bit hopeful after reading so many positive reviews about the product, I am yet to see any significant changes in my energy levels , muscle mass or in my performance. The pills are decently big and need to take 3 pills at a time every day.. The label shows three major ingredients which are common in most other products I have seen.
